Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any specific reasons.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you personally, or a person authorized by you – excluding the carrier of the goods – received the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of this decision by sending us a signed declaration via mail or email to DSH-Simracing, https://dsh-simracing.de, Tuttlingen, shop@dsh-simracing.de. The withdrawal form provided below can be used for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
The date of dispatch of your declaration of withdrawal is decisive for compliance with the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding special delivery costs chosen by you that exceed our standard delivery costs), within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. For the refund, the same payment method you selected for your order will be maintained. Changes to the payment method are possible by arrangement. The refund of payments will not incur any additional costs for you.
The dispatched goods will be collected by us or we will arrange for their return. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to their use in a way that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the characteristics, properties, or functioning of the goods. link
