Processing Time All products are handcrafted and manufactured in Germany. Please allow 8–10 weeks for production and processing before shipment (Buttonbox: 5–7 weeks).
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Costs Shipping is free of charge within Germany. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Time After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 10–20 business days
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
