Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you personally, or a person authorized by them – except the carrier of the goods – have received or have received the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of this decision by sending us at DSH-Simracing, https://dsh-simracing.de, Tuttlingen, shop@dsh-simracing.de an appropriate statement signed by you by mail or e-mail. The revocation form provided below can be used for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
The date of dispatch of your notice of revocation is decisive for compliance with the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for special delivery costs chosen by you, which exceed the normal delivery costs offered by us) within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. The same payment method will be used for the refund as you chose when placing the order. Changes in the payment method are possible after consultation. The refund of payments will not generate any additional costs for you.
The shipped goods will be picked up by us or we will take care of the return of the same. In the event of a loss of value of the goods, you are responsible for it only if it results from a use of the same that exceeds the examination of the properties link, condition or function of the goods.
